Expolink Europe are delighted to announce the appointment of Hilary Shepherd as our new Contact Centre Sales Manager. Hilary brings with her considerable experience gained in the outsourced contact centre and marketing services industries. Prior to Expolink, she headed up a client service team at an international contact centre outsourcing business in Bristol. There she worked at a strategic level with clients in the financial services, automotive, retail sales, consumer services and public sector. During her career in outsourcing, Hilary has also worked in the procurement, recruitment and field marketing industries. Building and developing strong partnerships with clients by delivering a quality of customer service which exceeds expectations, has always been the motivation for Hilary’s career.
Hilary now manages sales and business development for the contact centres in Chippenham and Exeter to assist in the continued successful growth of Expolink. With an innovative vision, Hilary aims to help clients modernise their service delivery using the latest contact centre technologies and digital interaction.
